Nothing against the store itself, it just drives me crazy that they don’t use bags with handles… what gives?

It doesn’t mean the COMPANY is educated. Hell, who would name their kid “Sy” if their last name was “Syms”?
Maybe they don’t have handles because they are trying to educate you to use those fabric shopping bags or re-use a bag with handles to save the environment…

Sy is an old name,… In fact Sy Syms passed away a few months ago at 83.. RIP

Oh wow the lady in that video is scary looking. I have never heard of a store called Syms before so it must only be a local store. The equivalent from where I am from would probably be the Mr. Mac store (except they don’t sell handbags there).
@Mem Dixy yeah she is, I did a youtube search for syms and this video came up, but i’ve never seen it on TV. But I think I know which Syms this was filmed in, so maybe it is a real commercial, I dont know…
Yeah, well any store that has bags without handles is just silly!
